Single men are in the front duplex, while single women are in the rear duplex. Men are at no time allowed in the rear duplex so all of our female renters can feel completely safe. Currently, we are not set up to accommodate children or animals and do not have wheelchair access. Our renters must be healthy enough to go up and down stairs as all bedrooms are on the second floor.

Low Income Housing
We have affordable housing options that are designed for people who have limited financial resources. These housing options may be provided by government agencies, non-profit organizations, or private developers.
Low-income housing may come in various forms, including apartments, townhouses, or single-family homes. Some low-income housing may be publicly owned and managed by government agencies, while others may be privately owned and operated with the help of government subsidies or tax credits.
In order to be eligible for low-income housing, individuals or families must meet certain income requirements, which can vary depending on the specific program or housing development. By providing affordable rent prices and often offering linkage to additional supportive services, such as job training or healthcare resources, low income housing can help to improve the quality of life for people who are living on a limited income.
