Three Steps To Your Wellness Housing Key
- We call you back. Someone from Wellness Housing calls you during office hours, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm Pacific, to talk through what you need.
- You tour the house. See the room, the kitchen and the laundry, and meet the manager before you agree to anything.
- You move in. Pay the first month. The utilities are already on and there is no lease to sign.

Questions About Applying To Wellness Housing
What does it take to apply?
About two minutes online, or one phone call. What is due at move in is covered on the call.
Is there a credit check?
No. Wellness Housing does not run a credit check and does not take a security deposit.
Can I apply if General Relief pays my rent?
Yes. Wellness Housing accepts General Relief through Los Angeles County DPSS, the DPSS Pilot Program, the START Program and other rent assistance, and completes the housing verification forms the county asks for. When DPSS pays for your bed, you do not pay the difference.
Does sending the application reserve a bed?
No. It starts the conversation. A bed is confirmed after your phone call and your tour of the house.
Would it be faster to call?
