1. Does Wellness Housing have private rooms?
Wellness Housing DOES NOT offer private rooms.
We have shared rooms only.
This means you will be sharing a bedroom with others during your stay.
2. What amenities are provided?
Our locations are fully furnished and include utilities. Common amenities include:
Laundry facilities on-site
55″ 4K TV to use
- One gig Wifi internet
Furnished kitchen with plenty of storage for your cold and dry goods
3. Does Wellness Housing provide mental health services?
No. Wellness Housing focuses specifically on transitional housing and community living. They do not provide clinical mental health services or medical treatment on-site.
4. Is a credit check or security deposit required?
Wellness Housing does not require a credit check or a security deposit, making it accessible for those with limited financial history or resources.
5. What is the cost of staying at one of our properties?
The cost per month for a bed at a Wellness Housing property is:
$650 for a bunk bed and $750 for a single bed.
Again, ALL of our rooms are shared.
6. Can I smoke marijuana or drink alcohol on property?
No.
While on Wellness Housing property, you cannot smoke marijuana or drink alcohol. Drug use is also not tolerated.
We do have a dedicated smoking section for nicotine users.
Coming back to the property under the influence will not be tolerated.
7. Can I have visitors come on property?
No.
To protect the privacy and security of our shared space, no outside visitors are permitted on the property.
8. What is the property atmosphere at Wellness Housing?
We pride ourselves on providing a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment for all residents. To ensure the shared spaces remain pristine, each of our properties has a dedicated cleaning person responsible for maintaining the common areas. Additionally, to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, we require all residents to use earbuds or headphones when using electronic devices on the property.
9. Does Wellness Housing accept DPSS, Pilot Program, or third party assistance?
Yes!
We have a great relationship with numerous third party vendors that help with rent.
10. Are Wellness Housing properties safe?
Yes. To ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone, all of our properties feature camera monitoring across all common areas and building perimeters. We also have live-in managers and professional cleaners on-site daily, meaning our properties are actively maintained and someone is always available to assist you whenever you need it.
